Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Loan Recovery team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers with overdue loan payments, reminding them about pending dues, and helping them make timely payments while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments.
  • Inform customers about pending EMIs and payment due dates.
  • Follow up with customers regularly until payment is received.
  • Explain repayment options and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and recovery updates.
  • Coordinate with the field recovery team when required.
  • Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.
