Tele Sales Executive – Urban MoneyAbout the Role:

Urban Money is looking for energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team. You will connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their loan requirements, and guide them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property products.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into loan applications.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass/Graduate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Loan Sales is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
