Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Financial Records:
- This includes maintaining ledgers, recording transactions, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Managing invoices, payments, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
- Financial Reporting:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assisting with the development of budgets and forecasts, and monitoring actual performance against them.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Audits:
- Supporting both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaboration:
- Working with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Email Drafting
