Job Description
Job Title: Accountant – Sr.Accountant
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Process vendor bills, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments.
Generate customer invoices and follow up for outstanding payments.
Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts regularly.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
Prepare payment schedules and monitor cash flow.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoice-related queries.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Good knowledge of Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / RMC (Preferred)/any
