Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in accounting software like Tally Prime
- GST & Taxation: Preparing and verifying GST invoices, maintaining GST input/output records, and assisting in the timely filing of GST and TDS returns.
- Bank Reconciliation: Comparing company ledgers with bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Tracking outstanding payments from clients and managing vendor payments to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Month-End Support: Assisting in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and trial balances during the month-end closing process.
