Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who has strong knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger accounts
• Prepare GST data and assist in GST return filing
• Maintain invoices, bills, and payment records
• Generate reports using Excel such as MIS and financial summaries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and management when required

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting related degree
• Certification in Tally is an added advantage

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
