Job Title: Accountant
Location: ODHAV Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who has strong knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records in Tally
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger accounts
- Prepare GST data and assist in GST return filing
- Maintain invoices, bills, and payment records
- Generate reports using Excel such as MIS and financial summaries
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors and management when required
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting related degree
- Certification in Tally is an added advantage
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
