BACK-OFFICE ASSISTANT (EXPORT)

Sabar Hydrotech LLP, a leading export-oriented unit of the SABAR Group, invites applications for the position of Back-Office Assistant (Export). Established in 1975, the SABAR Group is a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing high-quality submersible pumps and motors.

With a strong global presence in 40+ countries, our export excellence has been recognized 23 times by the Government of India. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.


Skills Required

·        Basic Excel

·        Basic English

·        Basic knowledge of Email Communication

·        Basic understanding of Export Documentation Work.


Key Responsibilities


Working As Part Of Export Documentation Team For The Following Work:


(Training will be provided but basic skills are expected.)

  • Handling export documentation and shipment processing
  • Coordination with CHA, company units, and suppliers
  • Preparation of export costing and pricing calculations
  • Preparation of Proforma Invoices and Offer Letters
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and internal coordination
  • Tracking shipments and maintaining shipment records


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation with 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of export documentation, costing, and logistics processes
