Job Description

Company: Forext Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Role: Back Office Executive

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

  • ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and maintain company records in Excel/CRM systems
  • Handle documentation, file management, and record keeping
  • Manage dispatch of documents, parcels, and office materials
  • Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital records)
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for documentation
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and internal reports
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system
  • Ensure proper organization of all office documents and files
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage filing systems and dispatch records
  • Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Qualification-Graduate

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

  • Work Hours- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
