Job Description

         Position: Jr. Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Identify, evaluate, and track PQ (Pre-Qualification) level tenders from various government and private procurement portals.

2.      Manage end-to-end tender documentation, including collection, preparation, verification, and submission of required documents.

3.      Coordinate internally with the Finance team for EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and other financial requirements.

4.      Collaborate with the Presales and Technical teams for commercial proposals, technical bids, and supporting documents.

5.      Handle tender participation and bid submission on portals such as GeM, N-Procure, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.

6.      Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines.

7.      Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and supporting documentation.

8.      Monitor tender portals regularly for new opportunities, corrigendums, and bid result updates.

9.      Follow up with concerned departments to obtain necessary approvals and documents within deadlines.

10.  Prepare reports and MIS related to tender activities and submission status.

 

Required Skills:

·        Hands-on experience with GeM, N-Procure, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.

·        Good understanding of tendering processes, bid documentation, and compliance requirements.

·        Strong coordination and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document management.

·        Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

·        Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

Qualification:

·        Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

·        0–2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement support.

 

Preferred:

·        Experience in MEP, ELV, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Engineering industry tendering.

·        Knowledge of government procurement procedures and bidding regulations.
