We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Staff member to join our team.


Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and bookings

• Manage calls and WhatsApp communication

• Maintain booking records and customer data

• Coordinate vehicle schedules and daily operations

• Manage invoices and basic office work

• Support day-to-day travel and rental management


Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)

• Responsible and punctual

• Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
