Job Description – Tender Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Local Candidates Preferred)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who possesses strong knowledge of Government Tendering Processes, GeM Portal, and various e-Procurement platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tenders, coordinating with government departments, and managing end-to-end tender documentation.
Candidates with knowledge of IT products such as desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and hardware components will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Search and identify relevant Government and Private Tender opportunities.
· Manage end-to-end tender submission processes through GeM and other procurement portals.
· Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
· Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated deadlines.
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for quotations, technical specifications, and supporting documents.
· Handle tender-related documentation including EMD, declarations, certificates, and compliance requirements.
· Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded projects, and tender status reports.
· Liaise with Government Departments and procurement authorities for tender-related communication.
· Track tender results and follow up on bid status.
· Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and company policies.
Required Skills
& Knowledge· Strong working knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
· Experience working on Government e-Procurement and Tender Portals.
· Good understanding of Government Procurement Processes.
· Knowledge of Government Departments and tender procedures.
· Experience filling and submitting tenders independently.
· Familiarity with IT products such as Desktops, Printers, Laptops, Networking Equipment, and Hardware Components.
· Knowledge of non-IT product procurement and tendering processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Qualification - Graduate in any discipline.
· Relevant experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, or Government Procurement will be preferred.
Preferred
Candidate Profile :
· Experience handling GeM bids and Government Tenders.
· Understanding IT Hardware and Peripheral Products.
· Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
