Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide range of beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, frappes, cold brews) with consistency and presentation
  • Provide a warm, friendly, and personalized customer experience
  • Take orders, suggest add-ons, and handle billing (POS system)
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store ambience at all times
  • Follow standard recipes and quality control guidelines
  • Engage with customers and build repeat relationships
  • Support team members during rush hours

🔹 Requirements

  • 12th pass or above
  • 0–2 years experience in café / QSR / restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and willingness to learn specialty brewing
  • Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
  • Presentable personality and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
