Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students/candidates on career paths and job opportunities
• Understand candidate background and recommend suitable programs or roles
• Conduct one-on-one career guidance sessions
• Assist with resume building and interview preparation
• Track candidate progress and provide continuous support
• Coordinate with training and placement teams
• Maintain student records and follow-up regularly
• Help candidates build confidence and job readiness skills
