The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, primarily focusing on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying prospects (corporate clients, small-to-medium enterprises, etc.) for our range of financial products and services. This is a critical role that drives our company's growth and market expansion within the financial services sector.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential corporate clients and target markets through various channels (e.g., cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn, industry conferences, and networking).
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact and engage with prospects (C-level executives, Finance Managers, Directors) to understand their financial challenges and identify their needs for our services.
  • Qualification: Skillfully qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, and timeline - BANT) to ensure they are a good fit for REXERA FINANCIAL SERVICES' offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects using our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the financial sector and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
  • Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves1+ years of experience in a B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development role, preferably in the Financial Services or related B2B sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior financial decision-makers confidently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Nice-to-HavesBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in cold calling and email outreach campaigns to finance professionals.
  • Understanding of basic financial terminology and corporate financial structures.
