Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets while working collaboratively within a team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Promote and explain hospital equipment and medical machinery to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous sales or tele-sales experience will be an advantage.
