Job Description
Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and industry
sources
Develop strong product knowledge and effectively present features, benefits, and
applications
Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer queries with technical clarity
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for product
conversion
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to close sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams for smooth execution
Maintain accurate records using CRM and prepare MIS reports
Monitor competitor activities and support sales strategies
