Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound or handle inbound calls to customers as per the process assigned
- Communicate clearly and confidently in Gujarati and Hindi
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided during training
- Maintain call records and update data accurately on the computer system
- Meet daily call targets and quality benchmarks
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Report to team lead and follow shift discipline
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: 10th Pass (SSC)
- Basic computer knowledge – ability to type, use MS Excel/Word at a basic level, and navigate software
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory (spoken)
- Age: 18 years and above
- Freshers are welcome — no prior experience required
- Candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience will be preferred
