• Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

• Read and interpret blueprints: Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Program machines: Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
• Load raw materials: Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Test runs: Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Supervise operations: Supervise the machines while they execute tasks and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished products: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain machinery: Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
