Loan Collection Executive – Job DescriptionPosition:Loan Collection Executive

Job Summary:A Loan Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers for overdue loan payments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. The role involves field visits, telecalling, negotiation, and coordination with branch teams.
- Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending EMI and loan payments
- Contact customers through calls and field visits
- Maintain daily collection reports and recovery records
- Handle customer queries regarding outstanding dues
- Coordinate with branch and operations team for account updates
- Ensure collection targets are achieved on time
- Maintain professional behavior during customer interactions
- Update repayment status in system/software
- Support recovery and collection activities as per company policy
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic banking and finance knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Field work handling capability
- Eligibility:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary Package:₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month
