Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Automobile Industry)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a smooth service experience for automobile customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and queries
- Assist customers with vehicle service, complaints, and product information
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles (preferred)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
