Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Handling: Respond to LCL and general freight inquiries promptly and provide accurate rate quotations.
Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing real-time shipment tracking and status updates.
Documentation: Prepare and verify essential shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, and BLs) for smooth operations.
Team Coordination: Liaise between clients, the warehouse team, and operations to ensure seamless cargo handling.
Data Management: Update shipment details and customer interactions accurately in the company’s ERP/system.
