Job Description
Responsibilities
• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable destinations, experiences, and routes
• Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries
• Handle travel enquiries and convert them into bookings
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
• Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for seamless execution
• Provide proactive support to clients during travel and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure high levels of service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Help identify travel trends and suggest ideas to promote destinations
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage dynamic situations
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
