Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and drive repeat business through consistent follow-ups and feedback collection.

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to existing customers to encourage re-purchases and share latest offers.
• Inquiry Handling: Professionally answer incoming customer queries regarding products and services.
• Feedback & Quality: Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction and record insights.
• Follow-up Management: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule for pending inquiries or service reminders.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer interactions and sales records in Excel.
• Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, and basic filters).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and persuasive tone.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
• Traits: Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
