Job Description

Job Title: E‑commerce Executive

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Gender: Male Only

Job Timing-10a.m -7.30 p.m

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month (CTC)

Employment Type: Full time, On‑site

Key responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
  • Upload SKUs, write product titles/descriptions, set prices, and maintain images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment to prevent OOS.
  • Process orders, handle basic customer queries, and follow up on returns/refunds.
  • Assist with marketplace promotions, coupon setups, and performance tracking (sales/traffic).
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports.

Required qualifications & skills

  • 10th/12th pass or Graduate; diploma in e‑commerce/retail is a plus.
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in e‑commerce operations or marketplace listing.
  • Familiarity with product listing, basic Excel, and order management.
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi; Gujarati is a plus for local coordination.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work from the Vastrapur office.
