Responsibilities

GeM

(Government e-Marketplace)

•     

Create,

update, and manage product/service catalogue listings on GeM.

•     

Search,

shortlist, and track relevant tenders and bid opportunities daily.

•     

Prepare

and submit tender documentation, pricing, and compliance paperwork within

deadlines.

•     

Coordinate

with internal team for tender-specific quotations, product specifications,

and OEM authorizations.

•     

Track

order status, payments, and delivery timelines for GeM orders.

•     Stay updated on GeM policy changes,

categories, and eligibility norms.

IndiaMART

•     

Create

and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and

pricing.

•     

Respond

promptly to buy leads and inquiries generated on the platform.

•     

Follow

up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

•     

Maintain

lead records and update CRM/tracking sheets regularly.

•     Manage catalogue ranking, keywords,

and paid campaign inputs as needed.

JustDial

•     

Maintain

and update business listing, categories, and photos.

•     

Handle

incoming calls/leads and respond to customer queries.

•     

Follow

up on leads for conversion and maintain a healthy response rate.

•     Monitor reviews/ratings and coordinate

resolution of customer concerns.
