We are hiring a Marketing Head & Sales Executive who can handle both strategy and ground-level sales (mouth-to-mouth promotion).
The role involves promoting our services directly to customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies
- Do field sales / direct customer interaction (door-to-door / on-ground promotion)
- Generate leads through referrals and personal networking
- Explain products/services to potential customers
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales
- Comfortable with field work / outdoor sales
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Bike & license preferred
