E-commerce & Shopify Executive

🧭 About the Role :

We are looking for a highly driven individual to build and manage our direct online sales system through Shopify.

Gurubhai Equipments receives strong demand from Instagram and digital platforms. The objective of this role is to convert that demand into direct website sales while maintaining smooth coordination with internal teams.

This is a core growth role, where the candidate will work closely with the founder to develop a scalable e-commerce system.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Shopify Website Management

• Set up, manage, and optimize our store on Shopify
• Create and maintain product listings with proper structure and pricing
• Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and order flow
• Manage shipping setup and pricing logic (including transportation charges)

📲 Digital Sales Conversion

• Convert Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries into website purchases
• Work with tools like:
• ManyChat
• aiSensy
• Improve customer journey from:
• 👉 Instagram → Website → Order / Inquiry

📦 Order & Operations Handling

• Track and manage incoming website orders
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team
• Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal teams

🎨 Internal Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Graphic designer (for product creatives)
• Amazon executive (for product data alignment)
• Sales team (for custom requirements)

📊 Performance Improvement

• Continuously improve:
• Website performance
• Product page quality
• Conversion rates
• Identify which products perform best online and optimize accordingly

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Shopify / E-commerce operations
• Basic understanding of:
• Product listing
• Online order flow
• Payment systems
• Comfortable working in-office and coordinating with team
• Good communication and problem-solving ability

💼 Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working with Shopify stores
• Understanding of Instagram-based sales
• Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools
• Experience in handling logistics or dispatch coordination

💰 Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
