Job Description
1. Operation Head – AV/ELV IndustryLocation: Ahmedabad
Experience: 8–15 Years
CTC Range: ₹7.2 LPA – ₹14 LPA
Role Objective:To lead and manage the entire operations division, ensuring seamless execution of AV/ELV projects, optimizing team productivity, and delivering high-quality projects within defined timelines.
- Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: Planning → Execution → Delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams (Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Store, Procurement)
- Monitor project timelines, cost control, and quality standards
- Develop and implement SOPs for execution and reporting
- Client coordination for project updates, escalations, and closures
- Vendor management and procurement planning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical protocols
- Drive operational efficiency and process automation
- KPIs:Project completion within timelines
- Client satisfaction score
- Team productivity ratio
- Cost variance control
- Required Skills:Strong leadership and decision-making
- Deep understanding of AV/ELV systems
- Project management expertise
