Job Description
Position : Engineer - Tool and Die
Qualification – B.E In Mechanical
Experience – 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- · Manage end-to-end production processes for aluminum frame manufacturing.
- · Able to manage 4 cleat and 8 auto framing machines
- · Hands on experience in cleat manufacturing , Short frame and long frame machine.
- Raw Material Knowledge - Short / Long profile and cleat dimensions.
- Dimensional Drawing knowledge for the product to fabricate/machined.
- Knowledge on Product changeover process.
- Hands on operation of cutting machine – cutting wheel life assessment and spare management.
- Hands on operation and maintenance of die tooling section of the machine – Drain hole , earth stamp , mounting hole
- Hands on operation and maintenance of Stamping section of the machine – crimping plate replacement and maintenance
- All tooling related issue to address with proper RCA and CAPA
- Daily Production report and checklist updation.
- Awareness of tool box talk and daily CLTI.
- Awareness on Industrial EHS practices.
