Estimation Engineer/ Proposal Engineer

Position: SR. ESTIMATIONS AND PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Job Overview

As an Estimation & Proposal Engineer, you’ll be responsible for giving the estimated cost for Eot cranes, Hoists &

Spare crane components. You will also be responsible for selection and calculation of critical crane components &

making sure the products meet Industrial standards. You will also have the ability to perform changes as per

Market trends while considering safety & quality of product.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Analyze client requirements and give costing accordingly

● Selection of critical components for the crane such as wire rope, drum, motor etc.

● Determine Material, Labour and Machining costs for pricing calculations.

● Collaborate with the Sales and Design team to overcome critical problems.

● Ensuring the product comply with industrial standards along with cost reducing techniques.

● Identify & Minimize problems that could occur during the Designing and Production phase.

Qualifications

● B.E / B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering or respective field

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Field

Skills

● Strong Analyzing and Numerical skills

● Basic knowledge of mechanical concepts & formulas

● Able to read Engineering drawings

● Efficient in using Ms Excel
