Export Marketing Executive

About The Role:

We are a fast-growing SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) flooring manufacturer based in Ahmedabad with 80% of our business in international exports. As a small, focused team we're looking for a motivated fresher to drive our export outreach — identifying potential buyers worldwide, initiating contact, and building a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Research and identify potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers of flooring products across target export markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.)

•     Source leads through platforms like LinkedIn, trade directories, Instagram and B2B portals

•     Compose and send professional cold outreach emails to prospective clients introducing our product range

•     Follow up on email responses, maintain email threads, and hand off warm leads to senior management

•     Maintain a well-organised lead tracker (Excel / Google Sheets or CRM) with contact details, status, and follow-up dates

•     Assist in preparing product catalogues, company profiles, and introductory decks to support outreach

•     Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the international flooring segment

What We're Looking For:

•     Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (International Business / Marketing), or any relevant stream

•     Fluency in English — you will spend most of your day writing emails, so clarity and professionalism matter

•     Basic knowledge of export/import processes or international trade is a plus, not a must

•     Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and LinkedIn

•     Self-starter attitude — able to work independently with minimal supervision in a small team

•     Curiosity about global markets and willingness to learn about SPC flooring products

Good To Have:

•     Prior internship or project experience in B2B sales, export marketing, or digital marketing

•     Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French) is an added advantage
