Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct daily audit of vehicle sale invoices along with verification of all related documents (customer documents, payment proofs, RTO/Insurance files, delivery notes, etc.).

·        Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies in sales processes.

·        Perform reconciliation of customer ledgers, sales registers, and collections.

·        Verify discounts, schemes, and offers applied during the sale process.

·        Timely identification and reporting of discrepancies or irregularities in sales documentation.

·        Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including voucher entries, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliations.

·        Support in monthly closing activities, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of MIS reports.

·        Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management teams for smooth audit operations.
