Job Description
We are Indivaan, a sustainable fashion brand working with organic fabrics, natural dyes, and traditional crafts like Ajrakh & Kala cotton.
We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can support our design and product development process.
- ✂️ Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing new garment designs and collections
- Work on fabric selection, colour combinations, and sampling
- Create basic design layouts using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Coordinate with our artisan team (tailors & printers)
- Support in product development and finishing
- Basic involvement in styling / photoshoots is an added advantage
- 🎓 RequirementsGraduate in Fashion Design
- Around 2 years of experience in fashion / garment field
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
- Interest in handloom / sustainable fashion
- Willingness to work in a small, hands-on team
About the WorkThis is not a typical office job. You will get hands-on experience working with real fabrics, artisans, and production processes. We are a small team, so your role will be practical and learning-oriented.
