Job Description
The technician's duties include installation, repair, maintenance, and customer support for Internet and Cable TV services.
In addition to the monthly salary, technicians will earn extra incentives for new customer connections, plan upgrades, sales of additional services, and achieving performance targets set by the company.
Installation & Setup: Execute new customer connections for broadband internet and cable TV services.
Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot connection drops, repair physical line/fiber faults, and maintain optimal signal quality.
Customer Support: Visit customer premises to resolve technical queries and offer on-site support.
