Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical services, preferably with experience in solar panel installation, and will be responsible for on-site service, maintenance, and ensuring smooth installation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solar Panel Installation and Maintenance:
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations efficiently
- Carry out installation, testing, and upkeep of solar panels and associated electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
- Electrical Services:
- Provide service and maintenance for electrical systems, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
- Conduct house wiring tasks as required for project completion.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ensure proper documentation of completed tasks and share updates with the team.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during fieldwork.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in all installations and services.
