🎯 Position TitleAccountant / Financial Executive

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic Accountant / Financial Executive who can independently handle accounting, GST compliance, client coordination, and field work at client locations.


The candidate should have practical accounting knowledge, communication skills, and confidence in dealing with clients professionally.

  • 📌 Job Profile & Responsibilities🔷 1. Accounting & BookkeepingDay-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
  • Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny
  • Sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
  • Preparation & maintenance of books of accounts
  • MIS and basic financial reporting
  • 🔷 2. GST Compliance WorkGST data collection from clients
  • GST working preparation
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return preparation & filing
  • GST reconciliation & basic scrutiny
  • Client follow-up for pending data/documents
  • 🔷 3. Income Tax WorkIncome Tax Return preparation & filing
  • Basic understanding of TDS provisions
  • Computation of income for individuals/businesses
  • Coordination for tax documents
  • 🔷 4. Field Accounting & Client VisitVisit client offices for accounting and verification work
  • Coordinate with client staff/accounts department
  • Review accounting records at client premises
  • Assist in internal checking and documentation
  • 🔷 5. Loan & Financial Consulting SupportCommunicate with banks/NBFCs for loan cases
  • Coordinate with clients for loan documentation
  • Explain loan products and requirements professionally
  • Follow-up with banks for sanction and process updates
  • 🔷 6. Client Communication & Office CoordinationProfessional communication via phone, WhatsApp & email
  • Reminder calls for GST, tax payments, and documents
  • Handle client queries politely and confidently
  • Maintain proper client records and follow-up system
  • ✅ Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally Prime / Excel
  • GST return filing knowledge
  • Basic Income Tax knowledge
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
  • Confidence in client handling
  • Ability to work independently
  • Field work readiness
  • Time management & discipline
  • 🎓 QualificationB.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA / MBA Finance
  • Freshers with practical knowledge can apply
