Position : Accounts Execuitve / Finance Execuitve

Education : any B.com / M.com / MBA with Finance

Experience : 1 t0 2 Years

Salary : 15 to 20 k CTC

• Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting OperationsMaintain daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
• Assist in bookkeeping and ledger management.
• Update purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• 2. Invoice & Payment ManagementPrepare and process invoices.
• Follow up on pending payments and receivables.
• Coordinate vendor payments and client collections.
• Maintain records of petty cash and reimbursement claims.
• 3. Banking & ReconciliationAssist in bank reconciliation statements.
• Maintain cheque, NEFT, RTGS, and online payment records.
• Coordinate with banks for financial documentation.
• 4. Financial DocumentationMaintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Prepare MIS reports and daily financial updates.
• Support audit documentation and compliance processes.
• Ensure proper documentation for GST, TDS, and taxation work.
• 5. Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Operations teams regarding financial matters.
• Support senior finance team in budgeting and financial planning.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Accounting & Finance
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation basics
• Good command of MS Excel & accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
