Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and re-issuance of tickets
- Provide customers with best fare options and travel guidance
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge and internet skills
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Knowledge of ticketing software (like Amadeus, Galileo) preferred
- Experience in travel agency or airline ticketing is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
