Job Summary

The Educational Counsellor will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions by assessing their interests, abilities, and goals. The role involves counselling students and parents, providing information about courses, institutions, and career pathways, and supporting student admissions and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and skill development
• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
• Assess students’ aptitude, interests, and academic background
• Guide students and parents through admission processes and documentation
• Provide information on colleges, universities, entrance exams, scholarships, and financial aid
• Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports
• Coordinate with teachers, institutions, and administrative staff
• Organize career guidance seminars, workshops, and orientation programs
• Follow up with students to track progress and outcomes
• Stay updated on education trends, policies, and career opportunities
