Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, inquiries)
- Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility
- Regular follow-ups with students/prospects
- Explain course details, fees, and batch schedules
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp)
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with experience in
- Admissions / Counselling / Sales / Tele - calling
- Training will be provided
