Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor
Location: Ahmedabad (Training at Vastrapur, Job Location: Nikol)
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor who can handle student inquiries, guide them about our courses, and convert leads into confirmed admissions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with prospective students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries)
- Qualify leads based on student interest and eligibility
- Do regular follow-ups with students and prospects
- Explain course details, fees structure, and batch schedules
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Eligibility Freshers or candidates with experience in:
- Admissions
- Counselling
- Sales
- Tele-calling
- Training will be provided
Training & Work Location
- 15 days training will be conducted at our Head Office in Vastrapur.
- After successful training, the candidate will be assigned to the Nikol office (Hilltown Landmark Opp. Das Khaman).
