Associate / Consultant

Position: Associate Consultant  

• Role Requirement:  

• To be able to support in multiple projects at different locations  
• Good interpersonal & communication skills  
• Proactive  
• Good analytical skills  
• Good with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)  
• Good writing skills - English, Hindi, Gujarati  
• To be able to work on Shop floor at the client’s location  
• Good team player  
• Experience in Lean Tool deployment / Continuous Improvement disciplines (e.g., Value Stream 
• Mapping, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Visual Management, Lean Daily Management, 5S, 
• Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, TPM, Problem Solving, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, etc.)  

• The key role would be:  

• To prepare documents like SOP, WI, PPTs, Posters, etc. as per input given by senior team 
• members & client  
• To collect data & do analysis on production, rejection/ sales, labour productivity, electricity 
• consumption, etc.  
• To conduct a work-study (time + motion) study on bottleneck and critical processes.  
• To assist in, conducting audits of aspects like 5S, Energy, etc., and preparing audit reports.  
• To provide handholding support to seniors in other priority tasks.  
• To take regular and periodic follow-ups for the completion of the tasks from the client side.  
• To visit various client sites with seniors.
