HR

• Manage recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions such as PLC Programmers, Service Engineers, Sales Engineers, Purchase Executives, Electrical Technicians, and support staff. 

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.

• Handle job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities. 

• Conduct induction programs for new employees and explain company policies, safety procedures, and work culture.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. 

• Support payroll processing and maintain employee data accuracy. 

• Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal and performance review processes. 

• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations. 

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company HR policies. 

• Manage employee engagement activities, annual company events, activities and retention initiatives. 

• Coordinate joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities. 

• Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development activities. 

• Maintain Confidentiality of all employee & company data.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Understanding of recruitment for technical/engineering roles 

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software 

• Good coordination and organizational abilities 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
