Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing recruitment for our retail stores and supporting hiring requirements for the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers.
• Work closely with Store Managers and Department Heads to fulfil hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Hiring Focus:

• 90% Retail Store Recruitment
• 10% Head Office Recruitment

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
