We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team with candidate calling, screening, and interview coordination — a fantastic opportunity to get real, hands-on experience in talent acquisition from day one.

📌 Role: HR Intern (Recruitment & Coordination)

📅 Duration: 3 months

🎓 Eligibility: Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, BA, or any discipline)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — Onsite

🗓️ Joining: Immediate

What you'll do every day:

📞 Make daily calls to candidates from job portals and databases

🔍 Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit

📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

📋 Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS

📬 Send interview confirmations, reminders and follow-up communications

🤝 Assist with offer rollouts and onboarding coordination

What we're looking for:

✅ Fresh graduate — 2025 / 2026 batch

✅ Excellent verbal communication in English and Gujarati / Hindi

✅ Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner

✅ Organised with strong attention to detail

✅ Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking

✅ Must be available to work onsite in Ahmedabad (6 days a week)
