About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and friendly HR Executive to join our growing team. The role will involve managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting employees, assisting with recruitment, and helping us build a positive and well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities Manage

• employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR letters, policies, and company documents.
• Coordinate payroll and monthly salary-related activities.
• Support employee performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and professional work environment.
• Prepare basic monthly HR reports for management.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Positive attitude, organized approach, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company will be an advantage.
