Position: HR Manager - Lead

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪       Lead end-to-end HR strategy including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

▪       Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

▪       Oversee payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws).

▪       Drive performance management systems and appraisal cycles.

▪       Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.

▪       Spearhead learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.

▪       Partner with senior leadership on organizational restructuring and workforce planning.

▪       Maintain and improve company culture and employer branding.

Manage and mentor the HR team across departments.

▪       MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

▪       Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing sector preferred.

▪       Proven track record in leading HR teams and implementing HR transformation.

▪       Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred.
