Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and closing sales over phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and share sales reports with management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

Strong phone etiquette

• Time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Fluency in English, Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
