Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Tour Consultant to join the team at Parin Holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and costing comprehensive travel itineraries for both domestic and international destinations, ensuring our clients receive competitive and high-quality holiday experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Itinerary Design: Create customised, day-wise tour packages for a variety of domestic and international destinations.
Quotation Management: Calculate accurate costs for transport, accommodation, sightseeing, and flights to provide competitive pricing.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with hotels, transporters, and local DMCs (Destination Management Companies) to negotiate rates and check availability.
Product Research: Stay updated on trending travel destinations, visa requirements, and new attractions to enhance our package offerings.
Documentation: Prepare professional-looking proposals and vouchers for clients using company templates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (for creating detailed cost sheets and formal proposals).
Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating B2B travel portals and conducting efficient online research.
Travel Knowledge: A solid understanding of geography and popular tourist circuits in domestic and international region.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both vendors and clients.
Attention to Detail: Precision in calculating numbers and proofreading itineraries is essential.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operator role.
A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism Management.
