Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT tickets within defined timelines.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
Monitor network performance and ensure data security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance.
Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Assist in software installations, upgrades, and system backups.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
Good knowledge of Windows/Ubuntu OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
