Job Description - Marketing Executive
UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT is a rubber and polymer product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991. We specialize in custom-engineered rubber, silicone, and industrial bonding solutions for OEM and industrial clients.
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support our B2B marketing and lead generation initiatives. The candidate will assist in digital marketing activities, lead tracking, campaign execution, and coordination with the sales team to ensure consistent pipeline development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in executing B2B marketing strategies aligned with company sales objectives.
- Manage and update digital marketing channels including website content, SEO activities, LinkedIn posts, IndiaMART handling, and email campaigns.
- Generate and qualify marketing leads before forwarding them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead data and follow-up records.
- Support lead nurturing activities through email marketing and structured follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to understand product offerings and customer requirements.
- Track daily and weekly marketing activities and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and industry trends.
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, presentations, and exhibition materials.
- Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure proper documentation and data management of all marketing activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and LinkedIn B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
- Good understanding of industrial buyer behavior is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus.
